Visions of Leadership

In 2006, as the Canadian economy booms, the thirteen year term of Alberta's Klein government draws to a close and the Harper minority government commences federal administration, Canada faces the critically important issue of leadership. This issue permeates Alberta's workplaces as well, which are meeting serious challenges including sourcing qualified labour, managing overall economic growth and the very real prospect that the province may not have enough of the right leadership to effectively realize its full potential.

To succeed today, diverse sector representatives must garner the tools to recognize and foster leadership-a new leadership that is relevant to the emerging demands and conditions that individual organizations and the collective market will need to address.
